Theresia Hvorslev

Theresia Hvorslev is Sweden's foremost jewelery designer of all time as she is the only Swede to have won the Diamond International Awards 3 times. As well as the only Swede to ever win the competition. In the industry, the competition is usually compared to the Oscars of the jewelry world.

Theresia was active throughout her life, new ideas were never short of creating with her hands being her life's passion until her death 06/02-2024 .

Competitions through the years.

1964 First prize in the Danish Goldsmith's Council's competition with a brilliant ring.
A prize for a necklace and a prize for a candlestick in the same competition.

1967 Diamonds International Award with a pair of brilliant earrings.

1971 Diamonds International Award with a brilliant ring.

1972 Prize in the Danish goldsmith's Fællesråd competition with an arm ring.

1973 Diamonds International Award with a brilliant ring.

Honorary award

1974 Member of the Diamonds International Academy.

1976 The St. Elgius Prize (Goldsmiths Association's prize for meritorious artistic contributions).

1987 Member of Gothenburg's Gold and Silversmiths Master Association.

2003 Honorary member of Nutida Svenskt Silver.
